today i will be talking about LinkedIn. it’s a reliable site for people who are seeking for new jobs were they can update their profile with a summary about their expertise, skills, etc. Aside from that, people can look up for variety of articles that was posted by other users which may take their interest. I made an account and updated it with my information in case of education which is currently in HCT as a media student, experience and skills that i have which are graphic design, drawing, writing stories, and filming and i looked up for groups and companies that interested with and followed them.
I will start talking about what we did last week for Mena o Fena project in our social media platforms. I updated my WordPress page of the video games reviews with three different topics. The first topic was a 66 min sneak peak game play of the opened world game which is called The Witcher Wild Hunt that will be released on 24th of February 2015.
The second topic was a review of Pokemon Omega Ruby/ Alpha Sapphire which got released world wide in November 2014. I talked about the game new features only to avoid spoiling the plot. These two titles are a remake of Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire which was launched in 2003 and were the fans favorite by that time on the Game Boy Advance system. The new titles promise to give the players a new dramatic story within the new world. Despite being a remake, these two titles introduces new contents including new Mega Evolutions, super-secret bases, primal reversion for the legendary pokemons and much more.
I talked about the Street-pass system that allows the players to battle each other online, trade with each other, wonder trade, O-powers which gives buffs to increase your exp, money, attack, defense ,etc.
then, i talked about the secret base feature which allows the players to decorate any of the available basses in the game as you like. the game provide a variety set of items such as dolls, beds, chairs, colorful flags to add in your bases and aside from that we can make our base a special Gym to make the others players challenge it when they pass by it.
after that, i talked about the Pokenav plus which allows the players to sneak into a Pokemon while walking slowly toward it. i believe this small feature is a funny thing because usually the pokemons are the one that sneak on us while we walk on the green grass and aside from that if you sneaked into a Pokemon you might get lucky to encounter a rare species with a unique ability and skill.
later on, i talked about the Pokemon contest which let the players try a variety activity of beauty contest.
Lastly, i talked about the soaring sky feature which was introduced in this game for the first time where the players can travel from place to place easily.
the third topic was trailers and comparison of Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix which was released on the PS2 years ago. The game will contain more content than the original one and here is a comparison between the PS2 version and the PS3 version.
i will now write about what i did on tumblr. I went to many people pages and re blogged content that are related to drawing and graphics which I will post here as a reference. i re-posted a link to a costume brush for the paint tool sai which will help people in drawing. Also, i re-posted variety of tutorials such as; eyes,ears,mouth,nose Tut that would make it more detailed, Hair tutorial for both men & women and body structure tutorial.
I will now discuss what we did on Instagram. we posted several images regarding what happened during the week. Firstly, we posted about the Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival which opened its doors on 2oth of November till 12th December. Secondly, we posted about the best 10 emirates educational institutions and we posted about HCT which got into the best 50 Arabic educational institutions list. lastly, we posted a variety of images regarding the national day event. We posted a video which is made by Ahmad Zain named “my country flag”.

The first one was a game review about a game called Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn which was released in 2010 and didn’t get the gamers expectation so the developers remade it again and released it one year ago with a lot of new contents in case of the game play, the new system and the new stories that attracted millions of players around the world. I talked about the first step into the game which makes you choose your race and design your own character. Then, i talked about the game play which gives you the freedom to choose wither to be a disciple of war or the land and each of them has their own specialty. If the players chose to be a disciple of war they will get the chance to raid dungeons and bosses with their friends using variety of classes and if they chose to be a disciple of the land they can be a normal villagers that can rule the server economy by selling the items that they gathered. Finally, i talked about the featured dungeons, the new system that helps the player to get into a dungeon within few minutes if they didn’t have a party to get an instant queue.
The next topic that i posted was a trailer and a sneak peak game play about a game calledBloodbornefrom the creator of demon souls/ dark souls franchise, Hidetaka Miyazaki from From Software. the game will take a place in a cursed city where everyone is turned into beasts due to the sickness that consumed them. It will have a creepy Gothic horror theme and the story will take place in the late 19th century.
the last topic that i posted was a trailer about Final Fantasy Type-0 HD. This game is the same version that had been released on the PSP on October 2012 but this time it will be released on the ps4 on march of 2015 with high definition and some new contents. And aside from that, if you pe-order this game you will get the chance to try ff15 Demo which gives you 1 hour of gameplay as the producer Hajime Tabata said.

First, we opened a discussion about the talent show and asked the people about their opinion. most of the people did like the show but in my opinion the play needed to be performed professionally. then, we posted a reminder to tell the people about the new Yas mall. Finally, we went to Abu Dhabi media summit which is a gathering of many companies that brings a mixture of a variety of speeches about today’s media so we posted some stuff about it on our Instagram page.

This game will return to its origin in case of the game play and the horror which attracted the old fans of the games. Then, I posted a TV commercial for super smash bros on the Wii U which shows a several new updates than the 3ds version. After that, I posted another TV commercial about Assassin’s Creed Unity.

Later on, we posted an image regarding a car that was created by Emarati students from AL Ruais HCT that consumes 1 letter of diesel each 151 km. After that, we posted a reminder about the talent show which is in 17th of November. Finally, we made a post regarding Mohammed Khalaf Al Mazrouie who died in a car accident last week.

The first one is a trailer for a remake version of a pokemon game that was released in 2003 on the Gameboy advance and it will be released again for the Nintendo 3ds with a full 3d experience and a whole new content s. the second one is a game review about an action Japanese role playing game called Tales of Xillia. I started it with an introduction paragraph about how the Jrpg games were rarely good on the last generation because of the demand of the shooting games which did put a lot of fans down because many companies did change their way of making games to satisfy the people who demanded the shooting genre only. Then I gave a brief of the story of the game. After that, I talked about the new gameplay system that was introduced in this title which is based on teaming up with a team member to support the rear in the battle and to kill the enemy with unique skills. Also, I talked about the character development system. Finally, I talked about the voice acting which was horrible unfortunately and killed the characters personality.

Then, we posted several images from the practice shoot of Mena o Fena preparation. After that, we posted a question in order to discuss with our follower about the role of Pual Walker in fast of furious movie and what will the director do with his story now that he is dead. Finally, we re posted a short video regarding the flag day.
Last week we were instructed by Mr.Vasan about how to create the news headline for the Mena O Fena project. First, he showed us the screen which is connected to the camera in the studio and made one of us try to be the presenter so we can see how things comes up in the screen. Then, he taught us the steps of making the headlines using the devices in there. After that, we went to the library to see the second screen and we took a look at the shooting location up there.
In case of our work as a social media students regarding Mena o Fena project. We appointed each member of our team with a social media platform in order to update them daily during the week. My task was to update tumblr and a WordPress page for games review and in 25 October, I wrote a review about a fighting game called Super Smash Bros for the Nintendo 3ds. After that, i posted a trailer for the upcoming big update on Final Fantasy xiv and i described its content. Mohammed Haroun took care of you tube and he updated the header with a good looking image about the project. Then we made an Instagram and twitter page to update them with our contents for the projects.
